Brooks A. Saible
Brooks A. Saible is an associate in the firm's Tampa office. Mr. Saible earned his Juris Doctorate degree from St. John’s University School of Law in June 2014. In law school, he distinguished himself in trial advocacy and was the sole recipient of the Albert H. Bosch award for demonstrated excellence in trial advocacy; one of the school's highest honors.
As an experienced trial attorney, Mr. Saible is well-versed in handling several areas of civil litigation, including premises liability, construction defect, wrongful death, negligent security, products liability, automobile negligence, and first-party property claims.
In 2020, Mr. Saible successfully defended a property owner and management company at trial in a premises liability case in Collier County, Florida. Although Plaintiff requested nearly half of a million dollars from the jury, Mr. Saible was able to obtain a judgment that was completely offset by his clients' statutory entitlement to attorney's fees and costs.
Mr. Saible resides in St. Pete Beach, Florida with his wife, two children, and beloved Labrador Retrievers.
