Denise Kiser

Denise Kiser is a litigation attorney at the firm’s Fort Lauderdale office. Her practice focuses on premises liability and auto negligence. Denise was raised in West Virginia and moved to Florida after graduating from law school in Pennsylvania. She began her legal career as an Assistant State Attorney and served in the Special Victim Unit for over seven years. Denise tried numerous felony jury trials, including capital homicide, and argued complicated motions involving complex legal issues to the Court.

Denise continued her career by transitioning to insurance defense. Prior to joining the firm, she worked in-house for a major insurance company in Florida and firms in the Jacksonville area where she focused on insurance defense litigation.

Denise spends her free time cheering on her West Virginia Mountaineers in all sports when she is not enjoying the beach.
