Eric Shubow was born in Savannah, Georgia and also lived in Texas, Kansas, and California before moving to Jacksonville, Florida in 1998. He received a bachelor of science degree in Mathematics from Florida State University in 2010, and received his Juris Doctor from Florida Coastal School of Law in 2013. While at Florida Coastal School of Law, he received three book awards for the highest grades in various classes, Dean's List and Dean's Scholar recognition in multiple semesters, and a Pro Bono honors certificate for performing community service in the Jacksonville community.
Prior to joining Baumann, Gant & Keeley, P.A., Mr. Shubow gained valuable negotiation and research experience representing clients in front of the Internal Revenue Service and various State Departments of Taxation. Mr. Shubow then focused his career on reviewing medical records, financial records, motor vehicle reports, and insurance law at a nationally recognized life insurance company.
Mr. Shubow’s primary areas of practice are construction defect litigation, transportation liability, premises liability and personal injury protection (PIP).
