Fred P. White
Mr. White is a partner in the firm’s Jacksonville office. Born in Norfolk, Virginia, Mr. White made Jacksonville his home after law school. He attended Georgia College & State University where he graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelors in Science. Mr. White went on to attend law school at Florida Coastal School of Law where he attained Dean’s List honors and was an active member of the school’s nationally ranked Moot Court Honor Board.
Mr. White is a member of the Florida Bar Association and the Jacksonville Bar Association. He is also admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Northern, Middle, and Southern Districts of Florida.
Prior to joining Baumann, Gant & Keeley, Mr. White worked for a national firm practicing civil litigation where he gained valuable courtroom and trial experience before County and Circuit courts throughout the state of Florida. He also gained a wealth of experience in alternative dispute resolution which allowed him to perfect his negotiation skills.
Mr. White’s practice areas include General Liability Defense, Insurance Defense, Construction Defect, Commercial Litigation, Premises Liability, Automobile Liability, and Products Liability.
Mr. White also enjoys staying active playing softball, tennis, and golf. He resides in Jacksonville with his wife Kathy.
