Ms. Martinez started her career with Baumann, Gant, Keeley & Biondi, P.A. in 2016. Ms. Martinez earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Nova Southeastern University in 2020. Subsequently, she earned her Juris Doctor from Florida Agricultural & Mechanical University, College of Law, in 2024 where she graduated Cum Laude.

While attending law school, Ms. Martinez was a member and subsequently served as the Notes & Comment Editor of the Florida A&M College of Law Law Review. Ms. Martinez also served as the Social Media Chair of the Federal Bar Association Student Division. Ms. Martinez served as a Research Associate for Professor, Maritza Reyes, Esq. and Professor Denise Cespedes, Esq..

Since returning to Baumann, Gant, Keeley & Biondi, P.A., Ms. Martinez has successfully tendered claims for property owners, achieve favorable settlements for subcontractors and business owners, and obtained full dismissals for failure to prosecute.
