Ms. Huston-Miller received her B.A. in Philosophy and Psychology from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville in 2003. She earned her Juris Doctor degree from Nova Southeastern University, Shepard Broad Law Center in 2009, where she served as an Editor on the Nova Law Review and was a competitor in the Jessup International Moot Court Competition.
Ms. Huston-Miller is originally from Oregon, began practicing law in Florida in 2009, and has over a decade of experience handling complex construction litigation matters. She has successfully represented clients resolving hundreds of cases through trial, arbitration and settlement including high profile litigation such the Miami-Dade Garage collapse on October 10, 2012, and the FIU Pedestrian Bridge collapse on March 15, 2018. Ms. Huston-Miller has also handled appeals on both the State and Federal level.
Ms. Huston-Miller enjoys yoga and exploring her neighborhood in Fort Lauderdale with her two dogs, Snoopy and Peanut.
