Andre F. Ousley is an Associate Attorney based in Tampa, Florida. Prior to pursuing law, Andre spent 15 years with the Department of Children and Families Florida Abuse Hotline in various roles, ultimately serving as Training Manager. In this position, he gained valuable experience interpreting Florida statutes and played a key role in the development of Children and Families Operating Procedures. His work in the public sector provided him with a strong foundation in regulatory compliance and legal frameworks, skills that are highly transferable to his current role.
Andre’s legal career began with Children’s Legal Services as a Summer Clerk, where he gained hands-on experience in legal proceedings and community interactions, further honing his litigation and advocacy skills.
In December 2024, Andre joined Baumann, Gant & Keeley. His unique blend of regulatory experience and legal training equips him to handle a broad range of legal matters, offering valuable insights into legal strategies and compliance issues.
In his free time, Andre enjoys traveling and spending quality time with his family.
