Marian was born in Havana, Cuba and raised in Miami, Florida. She received her bachelor’s degree from Florida International University in 2019, where she graduated cum laude as a political science major with a minor in psychology. She then attended St. Thomas University, College of Law to earn her J.D. While in law school, she served as Executive Editor of the Intercultural Human Rights Law Review while also being a member of various organizations including St. Thomas Moot Court Board, Maritime Law Society, Florida Association of Women Lawyers, Cuban-American Bar Association, LAMBDA Law Society, and Peter Faye Inns of Court. Marian also worked as a student mentor in the St. Thomas Academic Success Program, helping 1L and 2L students navigate law school. She was on the Dean’s List every semester and earned 14 CALI book awards, achieving the highest grade in many of her classes. Marian earned her J.D. from St. Thomas in 2023 graduating magna cum laude and at the top 5% of her class.

After her admittance to the Florida Bar in 2023, Marian began her practice with an insurance defense firm, handling automobile accident and premise liability cases throughout the state. Since joining Baumann, Gant & Keeley, her practice areas include General Liability Defense, Insurance Defense, Construction Defects, Premise Liability, and Automobile Liability. She is admitted in all Florida state courts and in the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida.
