Quick Look
Rachel Cosker is an Associate Attorney in BGKB’s Tampa office. A distinguished double graduate of Stetson University (go Hatters!), Rachel earned her Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Family Enterprise in 2020, followed by her Juris Doctor in 2024. In undergraduate school, Rachel was a member of Stetson University’s Honors Program and received multiple awards for her work and collaboration with Stetson University’s Family Enterprise Program.
During her time in law school, Rachel gained extensive litigation experience while clerking for a local Tampa defense firm, where she assisted in managing a broad spectrum of pre-suit and complex litigation matters. She also had the opportunity to complete an externship with a local publicly traded corporation, working closely with in-house counsel and corporate executives at the intersection of business and law. Complementing her professional development in law school, Rachel dedicated her time to public service through the Bay Area Legal Services Family Forms Clinic in Hillsborough County. Rachel was admitted to the Florida Bar in September 2024.
Rachel joined BGKB in November 2025. Her practice focuses on the defense and litigation of personal injury, general liability, premises liability, and construction defect claims. Drawing on a strong foundation in both litigation strategy and client communications, she is committed to delivering thoughtful, individualized representation on behalf of her clients. When she’s not in the office, you can find Rachel at yoga class, spending time with her dog, Tina, or boating on the beautiful Florida waters with her family.
