Jessica N. Osorio is an associate in the firm’s Fort Lauderdale office. Her practice focuses on premise liability, auto negligence, and construction defect litigation. Prior to joining the firm, Jessica worked as an associate attorney in a full service law firm’s construction department where she represented general contractors, subcontractors, and owners in complex commercial litigation matters in New York. She was selected for inclusion in Best Lawyers in America: Ones to Watch 2023.

Originally from Westbury, New York, Jessica earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice from St. John’s University. She then went on to earn her Juris Doctor from Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University in 2020 where she graduated in the top 10% of her class. While attending law school, she was a member and associate articles editor of the Journal of International Business and Law, a pro bono scholar, a judicial intern for the Honorable Joseph F. Bianco, United States District Court, Eastern District of New York, a member of Hofstra’s Trial Advocacy Association and a summer associate or law clerk at mid-sized Long Island law firms. Upon graduation, Jessica received the Public Service – Gold Award which is awarded to those graduates who performed at least 750 pro bono hours during their law school tenure.

Jessica spends her free time with her husband, enjoying the sun and taking care of her fish tank.
