Sam Moore was born and raised in Jacksonville, Florida and is the son of a retired Jacksonville Fire Rescue Battalion Chief. He is one of five siblings, and he is an uncle to eight beautiful nieces and nephews. As a resident of Northeast Florida, Sam enjoys spending time with his family, fishing, kayaking, and watching Florida Gator football.

Throughout the course of over eight years in his career as an attorney, Sam has acquired valuable experience in a variety of fields of legal practice. While he primarily handles construction defect claims at Baumann, Gant & Keeley, PA, Sam’s practice areas as a civil defense attorney have also included premises liability, auto and trucking claims, professional liability, first-party property claims, and civil rights actions. Prior to serving as a civil defense attorney, Sam began practicing law as a state prosecutor, initially serving in Florida’s Third Judicial Circuit (specifically serving in Columbia County), followed by serving in Florida’s Seventh Judicial Circuit (specifically serving in Volusia County and St. Johns County). As a prosecutor, he tried numerous jury trials arising out of both misdemeanor and felony cases.

Sam is licensed to practice law in all Florida state Courts, the United States District Court for The Middle District of Florida, and the United States District Court for The Northern District of Florida.
