Elizabeth M. White is a partner in the Fort Lauderdale office of Baumann, Gant & Keeley, P.A. She focuses her practice in the areas of construction defect litigation, premises liability, and auto liability defense.
Ms. White received her Juris Doctor from the University of Florida Levin College of Law in May 2012. During law school, Elizabeth served as a Legal Intern with the Attorney General of Florida’s Criminal Appeals Division in Daytona Beach, Florida and to Judge David H. Foxman at the Seventh Judicial Circuit in Daytona Beach, Florida. Also, while in law school, she worked as a Legal Intern for Tory Burch, LLC and for the Ladies Professional Golf Association (LPGA).
Ms. White graduated from Harvard University in 2006 with a Bachelors of Arts degree in Government. While at Harvard University, Elizabeth was a member of the Harvard Swim Team and studied abroad at the London School of Economics.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. White was an associate with an insurance defense firm where she handled a variety of cases including personal injury litigation and first party property claims, including auto liability defense, premises liability, and personal injury protection litigation.
